  • It would be interesting to see the difference in serum levels at certain doses in males compared to females, as CYP3a4 is thought to be more expressed in females.

  • Nice poster and helpful in determining pharmacokinetics. As I understand it , there does not seem to be a consistent correlation between levels and seizure control.It would be good to also know differences in levels in children and in the elderly.

  • Very good presentation. Do you think the types of Epilepsy had any correlation with the response to perampanel treatment or not? I see that only one patient with Lennox-Gastaut syndrome was published. Also was there any relationship between the response to treatment in male versus female patients? Thank you!
