This is an interesting manifestation of limbic encephalitis. I wonder what the exact etiology of the LGI-1 abs was, probably renal cell ca?
Further surveillance for malignancy has so far been unrevealing.
Great case! These can be quite interesting. Did the hyponatremia resolve with immunotherapy?
Perhaps resistant HFS and relapsing hyponatremia would sugest a resurgance of circulating antibodies.
Hyponatremia did improve!
