Interesting case. Do we know what is the protocol followed for the management of PD1- inhibitor-induced MG at MD Anderson? I would be curious to find out what was done. Additionally, the high dose prednisone post-IVIG is interesting as it not done in case of a typical MG crisis.
To clarify- was methylpred or pyridostigmine held?
